This is officially my first year offering Christmas Minis and I am super excited. Normally during the holiday season, I would be working directly with Santa himself. However, I’m not sure if the traditional “sitting on Santa’s lap” will even be an option this year due to COVID. So instead I’m offering some different options for your Christmas Minis this year. They’re all outdoors and COVID friendly.
I know how cherished your children and your memories of them are. At the same time, I understand how the pressures that come with school, travel, work, and after school activities can make it difficult for you to make a family photography session a priority. You want to document your children as they grow and capture all their milestones. But with the daily chaos that is life, their childhood seems to be passing by in the blink of an eye.
And thanks to COVID, it’s like you missed out on an entire year. So consider this session as an attempt at normalcy. For many families, its their child’s first Christmas. We don’t know what the state of the world will be once Christmas arrive. So these Christmas Minis can commemorate this milestone so that Christmas won’t be cancelled.
These sessions are in a mini format featuring my outdoor Christmas teepee setup. Or as a full hour where you’d get a combination of Christmas photos and classic fall family portraits. For more information, available dates, package breakdowns, and booking details please review the booking form. For ideas on what to wear to your Christmas mini session, Pinterest has some great ideas.
I deliver you professionally edited images via digital download one week after your Christmas minis. I don’t sensor the images. If they successfully came out, you get it. On the chance you have multiple kids, I composite when possible. If your pet blinks, his eyes will be digitally opened. These are all standard edits included in my package prices. If you’re looking for outfit ideas, Pinterest is a great option.
Rosetta McClain Gardens was the location for this Holiday Mini and Maternity Session. This particular session was during COVID using new safety measures. In fact, the Christmas setup was eliminated to keep the entire experience contact-free and social distanced. To learn more about these protocols, check out my COVID Protocols page.
