Corporate event video can be the most unique way to reach your target audience and provide them with a compelling film that captures their interest. There’s only so much that photography can capture. For corporate events, audio plays a huge factor. Speeches, presentations, panel discussions… all require it. And having the same team provide both photo and video services, can add a level of consistency to your content.
My work with corporate events is pretty diverse. For example, I’ve done conferences, galas, graduation ceremonies, award banquets, and so on. Some are one time events, while others are annual repeaters. So, I fully understand that a corporate event includes various moving parts that all converge to make the event successful. These parts may consist of assorted speakers, different settings, large crowds, and other specifics that make your event unique. In fact, the bigger the event, the more critical the itinerary often is. So, I’m able to adjust quickly and capture the different moments as they’re happening.
I can accommodate multiple services that your corporate event may require. Aside from documenting video elements of your day, I can also offer photo booths, onsite professional headshots, and event photo coverage. 1 hr Corporate Event Coverage $300: Additional hours can be purchased at $200 per hour. Includes highlight reel of the event.
Half-Day Corporate Event Coverage $900: Good for 4 hr days or less. Includes highlight reel of the event.
Full-Day Corporate Event Coverage $1300: Good for 8 hr days or less. Rollover hours are available for multi-day events. Includes highlight reel of the event.
Presentation Recording $200: Full run-through recording of a presentation using 2 camera capture. Good for a single presentation up to 1 hr. Additional presentations can be added on at a discount.
