Town of Ajax City Hall
Dehemia & Mitch’s micro wedding was a beautiful reminder that intimacy and intention can make a day feel incredibly meaningful. From the moment I arrived at the Town of Ajax City Hall, there was a calm, joyful energy that set the tone for everything that followed.
City Hall was the perfect choice for their ceremony. It was simple, elegant, and focused on what mattered most. With just their closest family present, the space felt warm and personal. As their photographer, I loved how present these two were with each other. There was no rush, no distractions. Just genuine emotion, quiet laughter, and a few happy tears as they said their vows.
After the ceremony, we stepped outside City Hall for family photos. The clean architecture and natural light made for a timeless backdrop, and their families were clearly overjoyed to be part of such a special moment. Even in a short window of time, we captured so much connection—hugs, proud smiles, and those in-between moments that often become favorites.
Ajax Water Supply Plant
For their couple portraits, we headed to the Ajax Water Supply Plant, which offered a completely different feel. The open space, industrial textures, and soft light created a stunning contrast to the earlier part of the day. They were completely at ease here, walking hand in hand, laughing, and soaking it all in. These portraits felt effortless and true to who they are together.
Micro weddings like this are always a joy to photograph. Dehemia & Mitch’s day was proof that you don’t need a big production to have a wedding that feels full of love, meaning, and unforgettable moments. It was truly an honor to document the start of their next chapter.
