Versailles Convention Centre
So we are officially in a normal state of the Covid saga. Which means all my couples who reduced their wedding to a Nikkah ceremony during the earlier lockdowns are returning for the reception. These two originally had a backyard wedding ceremony. And now are getting to celebrate their matrimonial bliss with loved ones months later at Versailles Convention Centre. For what its worth, families seem to enjoy it. It’s finally an excuse to get to together. And cultural traditions are able take effect again.
These two were able to have their dream reception at the Versailles Convention Centre venue. They had a beautifully decorated hall and brought back some of the big hits from their backyard ceremony. The groom’s family redid their performance for all their guests. And the bride and groom finally got to have their first dance.
Since I performed dual duties for their ceremony, I was hired was hired on again to do both photo and video for this event. This was something I was super happy about. My excitement was not because of the beautiful setup. But, because I rarely get to capture a Muslim wedding that I can share. See the majority of my Muslim couples are on the conservative side. So their photos are kept private. The fact that I was able capture and share such a beautiful wedding is very exciting for me.
Be sure to check out Day 1 of their Multiday Wedding.
