Hi, my name is Shivani and I am a Toronto based wedding photographer with a candid natural approach to capturing memories and a love for four legged wedding guests.
Let’s face it, if you’re including your fur baby into your wedding day, you’ll want a photographer who treats them like family. I love working with dogs. The big ones don’t scare me. I come equipped with baggies and treats.
Even if you don’t have a little floof participating… no worries. You’d be surprised to learn that the photography tricks used for pets work well with grandparents, babies, and drunk uncles as well. My couples come from all types of cultural backgrounds and religious affiliations. So whether you’re having your puppy be the ring bearer, or you’re riding into your ceremony on a horse… I got you covered.

What if my wedding is longer than one day?
Many weddings do involve other elements such as engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and smaller religious ceremonies. I do offer service discounts on additional days depending on the length and size of each event. When filling out you inquiry, be sure to include the dates, hours, and services you would like for a customized quote.
How long will it take to get our photos?
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to edit and prepare the photos for delivery. A couple weeks leeway may be needed for multi day weddings, or if your package includes video. But you will be provided with a delivery estimate in your contract. The physical usb delivery itself would be dependent on when you return from your honeymoon, and possibly postal service issues during the holiday season.
How do deposits and payment work?
I don’t require a deposit. You simply need to a signed a contract to confirm your booking. In fact, you don’t pay anything until your wedding. Cash payment can be paid on the wedding day itself. At that point, the one thing you’ll have a lot of is cash from all the guests who attended. So in reality, I’m not part of the wedding budget but rather a gift from the family. If you do wish to pay by etransfer, I must receive the payment the day before your wedding. This is simply because banks have a daily limit with etransfers and you will be making payments to multiple vendors on the actual wedding day.
CAN YOU TELL I’M A DOG MOM YET?
I love my two furry cuddle monsters. They are tied for the number one place in my heart. With photography being a close second. I wear colors to a wedding simply because it hides dog fur better. And my camera bag comes complete with dog treats. Do I have actual photography experience? Sure. Feel free to deep dive and read my professional life story. And if you happen to not have a dog at your wedding, it’s okay. I promise not to hold it against you.
FOR A CAUSE
Proud supporter of animal rescue foundations such as Cause 4 Paws, Dog Tales, and Koca. I have two rescue dogs of my own and regularly foster a third. My photo booth is annually donated to raise funds for local animal shelters in the GTA. And I do pro bono portraits for rescue dogs looking to get adopted. I also have a constant promotion happening where if you have a rescue dog who participates in your wedding day, I’ll donate $50 to your dog’s rescue organization.
